What can we tell you? Dan and Riel were both members of Hyatt Art Webcomic Forums when they got the idea to collaborate on an ongoing story about a caveman who is transformed into a cyborg by some well-intentioned but egocentric aliens. People who like Thog Infinitron describe it as "Astro Boy meets Captain Caveman by way of 2001: A Space Oddysey." (It's just unfortunate that they choose to spell "Odyssey" that way.) People who don't like Thog Infinitron call it "Inspector Gadget meets the Flintstones by way of even more Inspector Gadget." Ouch. Riel has done some comic book work, including Captain Canuck. He is also working on an animated science fiction space adventure called SUPERSPACE. Dan has another webcomic called Anything Could Happen. Today, still wanted by the government, Dan and Riel survive as soldiers of fortune. They are findable on the Thog Infinitron forum at Transplant Comics. They are both still members of Hyatt Art. |
